Once your quote has been processed though our web and internal system you and your DFG representative will receive an email confirmation for your quote within 48 hours. The pricing on our quotes are valid for 90 days upon receipt of your email quote confirmation. If you require any changes to your quote please contact your DFG representative or firstname.lastname@example.org to alter or adjust your quote before proceeding to an order. We hold the right to change or alter any pricing after the 90 time period for any or all unforeseen or altering circumstances.
All item are made to order. Once a purchase order is placed with our Greensboro NC headquarters and deposits received cancelations of the orders must be received prior to the order going into productions or prior to our factory securing you guaranteed productions space.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt of your email confirmation. If there is a problem with your order, contact your local DFG representative or our Customer Service team at 1.336. 851.0814 (EST 8am-5pm) within three (3) days of receipt. Orders will not be placed until correct deposits are received by the DFG office. All deposit must be in the form of bank transfers, checks, cashiers checks or wire. We will not accept any credit card transactions for deposits or balance due on account.
Dillon Furniture Group, and its parent company R Hahn Holdings, LLC guarantees its products free from defects in material and workmanship during normal use for up to 1 year from the date of purchase. DFG guaranteed that casters, upholstery materials, glass and any functioning mechanisms supplied by DFG and used in DFG products are free from defects in material and workmanship during normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
This guarantee does not include defects from normal wear and tear (such as dents, nicks, scratches, fading and resultant damage from fire and/or water) accidents, negligence, abuse, shipment (claimed or unclaimed) handling, storage or environmental conditions. Any alteration, modification to any DFG product by purchaser, purchaser's agent, purchaser's employee or agents voids this guarantee.
DFG reserves the right to reasonably determine whether a defect in material and workmanship occurred in normal use or if such defect resulted from a factor excluded from this guarantee. Normal use is defined as a maximum of eight (8) hours per day, six (6) days per week (single shift). If a defect in material or workmanship is determined to have occurred in normal use during the guaranteed period, the defective product will be repaired or replaced free of charge, at the option of DFG.
The expressed guarantees herein are in lieu of all other guarantees, expressed or implied, including and guarantee of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and all other guarantees arising from the course of dealing or usage of trade. Any action to enforce this guarantee must be brought within three (3) months from the time an alleged defect in material and workmanship first occurs.
Repair of replacement of any defect Dillon Furniture Group (DFG) and it's parent company product for the period of time provided, shall constitute complete fulfillment of all the liabilities of DFG or its parent corporation, whether the claims of the purchaser are based in contract, in tort, (including negligence and/or strict liability) or otherwise, with respect to, or arising out of, the product furnished hereunder. DFG or its parent company, is not liable for any special or consequential damages under this guarantee. The remedies provided above are the purchaser's sole remedies for any failure of DFG or its parent company to comply with its obligations regarding the material and workmanship of its products.
If defective merchandise is repairable or can be fixed by using replacement parts, authorized by DFG or its parent company is required to proceed, and approve for estimated repair cost may be granted up to twenty-five percent (25%) of the cost of merchandise. Small replacement parts such as keys, locks, hinges, ect. will be sent at no charge within twenty (20) days of receipt of order.
If defective merchandise cannot be repaired under these conditions in the field, replacement order will be placed by DFG and its parent company. We will initiate replacement of the merchandise and have it ready for carrier delivery within fourteen (14) weeks of authorization.
